Concerned projects: Lines with PVSS system and Dell servers
The Dell servers installed in our production lines (PVSS systems) were delivered including 3 years of “Premier Enterprise Support” through our supplier Dell. In order to keep this support through Dell available it is strongly recommended, to upgrade the Dell support to “Premier Enterprise Support Silver (24x7)”, which will cover the years 4 and 5 after the first 3 years of this support have expired.
Please send us all service tags of Dell servers (including spare parts) delivered for our production lines. We will send an according quotation for the recommended Dell support upgrade in return, if such upgrade is already necessary. Otherwise the supplied service tags will be stored and you will be informed automatically in future, when such support upgrade becomes necessary (prior to expiry of support period).
