Over the past 12 years, LIWIND^® software has evolved significantly and new features have been added, which are now available as an upgrade to your existing LIWIND^® system. The newly released upgrade significantly expands the functional range and offers for the first time an intelligent control that fully compensates for increasing mechanical influences such as friction, bearings and guide tolerances over time to guarantee the best winding quality for a long time. Especially for pressure sensitive films like "cavitated film, label film or white opaque film" the new function of "force compensation" comes into play, which dynamically compensates all physical influences over the entire winding diameter and ensures a high quality over the complete winding.
