Enhanced range of local products
In addition to existing local products like virtualized IPC systems and upgrades, Brückner Group China is now offering remote access firewall solutions. The devices allow service specialists immediately connecting to the line control system in case of urgent support needed. High security standards ensure that line operators have full control about the connection. All devices are setup and configured in the service station in Suzhou according to ensure short delivery times and fast support.
Predictive maintenance solutions
Brückner Servtec presents comprehensive and professional predictive maintenance solutions at Chinaplas, which are available as retrofit for all film production lines. The systems are available for a variety of parts of the production line, from electrical (e.g. IPC) to mechanical (e.g. gearbox). Operators are timely informed on wear or oncoming maintenance activities. Our goal is to increase the line availability.
