A total (virtual) success
Every two years the Brückner Service Days unite Servtec colleagues from all around the world at our headquarters in Siegsdorf, Germany. However, due to the ongoing pandemic, the decision was made to create a virtual event this year. Of course, this was a kind of “setback” for those, who had already organized the Service Days 2020 as a face-to-face event.
But with everybody pulling in the same direction and exceptional teamwork, we created an event that will always be remembered by all participants. A new concept was born: a virtual meeting platform, including live stream, video-on-demand and interaction possibilities. Finally, the event was divided into three major parts:
- Video reports of the current situations at the different Brückner locations across the globe
- Technical lectures of Brückner specialists about new technologies and current challenges
- Live stream session with various Brückner experts
The professional execution of the first DIGITAL Service Days and the positive feedback, showed that we are ready for this new digital age. With events like this and our new Brückner ONE Service Platform we clearly demonstrate that we are not only adapting to the current situation - we are pioneers in digital services.
