Electrical installations (site supervision), electrical commissioning and upgrade support (incl. retrofits), as well as training on-site maintenance personnel on site
Advising customers on all electrotechnical issues and plant optimization
Customer service via telephone, email and remote service, including problem analytics, problem solving and service handling (including 24-hour service hotline)
Preparation and execution of service visits including preparation of service documentation
Specification on offers, technical clarification with procurement and recommendation of spare parts as well as upgrading orders.
Your profile
Degree in electrical / electronic engineering, instrumentation and control engineering or similar
IT skills and good knowledge of automation systems
PCL programming and electrical drive systems
Preferably experience with machinery equipment in plastics industry and basic knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics
English language skills are necessary
Team player with solution-orientation and responsible way of working
Willingness to travel abroad for longer periods of time (2 months internationally)
