At this year's Chinaplas in Shenzhen, the staff from the Brückner headquarters in Germany were personally represented at the trade fair for the first time in more than 3 years. The reunion was very well received by the high-ranking customer delegations and led to a remarkably positive booth atmosphere. Together with the colleagues from Brückner China, the entire team was pleased that the booth was always very well attended.
In the focus of the discussions were two hot topics:
- The risen interest of the visitors in professional maintenance showed that Brückner Servtec is on the right track with their clip and chain refurbishment solutions to extend the line’s uptime and increase the profitability.
- Another highlight of the discussions was the Brückner ONE Digital Service Platform. Visitors to the booth were able to try out the software live on site to see how quickly and efficiently service processes can run, which was very well received.
During the four exciting days of Chinaplas, the Brückner Servtec team conducted numerous challenging negotiations on important upgrading projects and was pleased to finalize among others a contract for a major spare parts and modernization project with a key customer.
Chinaplas 2023 was a great show and we received a lot of positive customer feedback for our team in China, which handled the challenging COVID time excellently, also with the remote support from our headquarters. This feedback shows that it pays to go the extra mile for our customers and their success.
