The strategic cooperation began in October 2025, following Anhui Longchen’s proactive outreach to Brückner. Driven by forward-looking plans for future capacity upgrades, the two companies held in-depth discussions regarding the current operational status of the film stretching lines, capacity targets, and technical upgrade strategies. The agreement was reached through mutual respect and a pragmatic approach, enabling Anhui Longchen to pursue its long-term strategic objectives.
Technical Upgrades and Key Innovations
The core of this collaboration involves the replacement of film dies and the enhancement of thickness control precision. Thickness control is essential for achieving product uniformity and stability in film production. Brückner will implement its advanced Thickness Control System (TCE), which offers high-precision measurement, real-time feedback adjustment, and intelligent data analysis. The introduction of the TCE system will significantly improve thickness control accuracy and response speed, reduce operational fluctuations, and increase product yield. These improvements provide a strong foundation for efficient and stable production.
