In late 2025, Brückner Servtec signed a framework agreement with the Hengli Group to provide FOK 5.5.8 refurbishment services for its subsidiary film manufacturer Kanghui New Material Technology Co., Ltd, itself specialized on the production of BOPET film.
As a cornerstone of Hengli’s premium film strategy, Kanghui New Material has long focused on R&D and smart manufacturing. Its production lines run at ultra-high speeds and operate under constant heavy loads. In this environment, even 0.1 mm of clip wear is not just a defect, it can quickly downgrade kilometers of premium film.

To solve this, Brückner Servtec applied its OEM expertise and field-proven Clip & Chain refurbishment processes, carried out locally through Brückner Group China’s overhaul team. The service restores key components of the chain track system to original specifications without requiring a full system replacement, helping Kanghui maintain line performance while reducing maintenance costs.
