Our contribution

Sustainability is an integral part of the Brückner Group’s activities.
As a service and upgrade specialist, Brückner Servtec makes a tangible contribution by improving the efficiency, resource use and long-term performance of existing film stretching lines.

The focus is on optimizing lines throughout their entire lifecycle – from modernization and ongoing operation to relocation and reuse. As a result of these measures, many lines remain successfully in operation for several decades – often for more than 30 years.

Efficient production

Brückner Servtec supports sustainable production through targeted upgrades and optimization of existing lines. Energy consumption is reduced, resources are used efficiently, and stable production processes are ensured.
This is achieved through heat recovery systems to reduce energy demand, process optimizations to improve energy efficiency, and the reduction of waste through consistently high film quality.
Circular Economy & materials

A key focus is on enabling circular materials and processes. Our solutions allow the use of recyclates as well as bio-based materials such as PLA-PHA and support the development of recyclable product designs.
This reduces the use of fossil resources, lowers CO₂ emissions, and supports the transition towards a circular economy.
Recyclable packaging solutions

Through targeted upgrades, we support the production of modern, recyclable packaging solutions.
This includes mono-material concepts such as BOPE as well as technologies for optimizing barrier structures and coating processes.
These solutions help to meet future regulatory requirements.
