During this year’s Chinaplas, Brückner Servtec, alongside Brückner Group China, showcased their local service solutions, expertise and specialization, following the approach “In China for China” to best serve the local film manufacturing market.
Throughout the entire exhibition, the joint Brückner booth was highly frequented, fostering a positive business climate and facilitating meaningful conversations between industry representatives and our team. The presented services provided a lot of inspiration and were explored intensively, highlighting two main topics:
- Sustainable inline coating technology:
The increasing demand for sustainable solutions also influences Chinese film manufacturers, pushing them to find suitable recycling solutions. Brückner’s latest ILC technology, as sustainable upgrade solution, improves recyclability and the quality of recycled materials, supporting a greener future.
- Optimized process operations:
The combination of quickly implementable tips for process optimization and expert knowledge is now also attracting considerable interest in China, where it is seen as a means of achieving higher productivity and long-term success. Brückner's new on-site services are tailored precisely to this need:- Line inspections: efficiency recommendations for optimizing operational processes
- Detailed KPI checks: performance benchmarking within the biaxial film industry
- Performance boosts: identification of long-term growth potential through trainings or film tests
Connecting and Strengthening Partnerships in the Biax Industry
A highlight during the exhibition was the signed agreement for an Inline Coating Development between Hubei Firsta and Brückner Servtec. Hubei Firsta, a leading BOPP film producer in China, operating two film stretching lines supplied by Brückner, is taking a significant step towards sustainable film production with this investment. Brückner Servtec is delighted to be the ‘partner of choice’ for this upgrading project, emphasizing the strong and trustful collaboration between both companies.
Beside the signing ceremony, Brückner Servtec has also fostered long-standing relationships within the machine industry by participating in the well-known BOBST customer seminar. Presented through a small booth, it provided an excellent platform to showcase Brückner's latest innovations in the field of sustainable film production and to connect directly with key players in the business.
These partnerships are an example of our commitment to maintaining strong relationships with the industry, working together to drive innovation in sustainable film production and continuously improving our range of services to meet the changing needs of our customers.
Overall, Chinaplas 2025 was once again a resounding success, reaffirming its importance in the plastics industry as connector between all value chain members. The strong interest and in-depth discussions at our booth confirmed that our service, parts and upgrade solutions are leading the way. We are excited to see them being implemented in biax film stretching lines across China and beyond, driving the industry forward.
Thank you to all our customers and visitors at our booth. We look forward to future collaborations and advancements.
